InfoReliance will deliver a comprehensive range of cloud services as part of a $55-million, five-year contract.
FAIRFAX, Va., September 30, 2015 – InfoReliance has been awarded a $55-million ceiling cloud services contract with the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) for a five-year period, ending in September 2020. NARA selected InfoReliance out of several competitors to provide cloud infrastructure as a service (IaaS) and platform as a service (PaaS) cloud computing solutions based on the Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud platform, as well as managed cloud services and consulting.
InfoReliance will leverage its expertise and resources in application development, cloud computing, migration, and devops to provide NARA with the ability to utilize commercially available cloud-based services to deliver expanded and enhanced IT capabilities to its users while reducing complexity and minimizing costs.
“With our impressive track record as certified cloud Managed Services Provider (MSP) —and an experienced team of expert solutions architects— InfoReliance is able to understand NARA’s requirements and provide a compelling value proposition to meet their needs,” said John Sankovich, Executive Vice President of Cloud Services at InfoReliance.
Over the last five years, AWS has selected InfoReliance as a strategic partner to develop, deploy, and manage their cloud platform as customer solutions. InfoReliance is also a member of the AWS Customer Advisory Boards (CAB).
“The NARA contract is another significant win for us as we expand our cloud business in the public and private sectors,” said Sankovich. “Cloud remains a key growth area for us as customers like NARA continue to grow their cloud capabilities to streamline operations and improve efficiencies.”
