Medical
InfoReliance offers a choice of HMO, POS or PPO medical benefit plans to our regular, full-time employees through BlueCross/BlueShield's CareFirst network. Categories under each plan include: Single; Employee & Spouse; Employee & Child; and Family.
InfoReliance will pay 85% of the cost associated with any of the categories under the HMO plan. For the POS and PPO plans, employees must pay the difference between the higher rates of these plans and the cost of the HMO plan covered by InfoReliance.
Eligible employees are covered under our CareFirst benefits immediately upon hire.
Non-Medical
Our regular, full-time employees are eligible to receive Dental, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability and Life/AD&D benefits through MetLife Insurance Company. InfoReliance will pay 100% of the costs associated with MetLife benefits, not including any optional supplemental Life and Disability coverages new employees may wish to have. Only new, regular, full-time employees are eligible for Supplemental Life and Disability insurance.
Eligible employees are covered under our MetLife benefits immediately upon hire.
401k
All regular, full-time employees are eligible to enroll in the InfoReliance 401(K) Plan through Principal Financial Group, and InfoReliance matches half of the employee's contributions up to 6% of the employee's gross annual salary. Eligible employees are able to join our 401(K) Plan immediately upon hire.
FSA
InfoReliance offers our regular, full-time employees the ability to enroll in a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) through Ceridian Corp. With an FSA, employees will be able to take tax free deductions from their paycheck and apply them towards eligible family care expenses.
Eligible employees are able to join our FSA plan immediately upon hire.
Paid Time Off
Instead of distinguishing between Vacation and Sick leave, InfoReliance offers our regular, full-time employees a combined Paid Time Off (PTO) account, to be used at the employee's discretion. PTO is accrued each pay period at a rate that is determined by the length of time an employee has been working at InfoReliance, including the maximum amount of PTO that employees may accrue.
Holiday Leave
InfoReliance offers 10 business days (80 hours) of holiday leave per year that are fixed on specific dates to our regular, full-time employees.
