Overview

In 2000, InfoReliance was selected to manage the Application and Infrastructure support program for the Office of Community Development (OCD) within the USDA.

At inception this program covered development, support and maintenance for applications within the OCD. Based on contract performance and the customers compete satisfaction with the quality of service provided by the InfoReliance team, the scope of the contract has expanded to support all application development, infrastructure support, and help desk functions within OCD.

Over the course of the contract, the partnership between OCD and InfoReliance has grown to development and support of 12 applications, maintenance of 11 servers including development, test and production environments and business process assistance when needed.
