IRS Blanket Purchase Agreement

Contractor's Ordering Address and Payment Information:

InfoReliance was awarded a blanket purchase agreement (BPA) by the Department of the Treasury, Internal Revenue Service (IRS) to provide information technology support services, Microsoft Consulting Services (MCS), Microsoft Premier Services and other IT-related services. The contract is structured with one base year plus four option years. The streamlined BPA procedures, unburdened by dollar limitations, will enable the IRS to have a simplified acquisition process to retain a broad range of technical services.

During the life of this contract, InfoReliance, in partnership with Microsoft, will provide a wealth of best-in-class professional IT services to the IRS that includes enterprise architecture design and implementation, migration planning, Web services platform consulting, management and monitoring technologies consulting, and enterprise strategy consulting.

2. InfoReliance/Microsoft estimates the timeframe and resources required.
3. IRS requesting activity develops a Work Request. Contact Betty Moore or Kim Reuter, BPA COTR, to receive the Work Request template:

4. IRS requesting activity enters Work Request and funding in RTS (IRS requisition system).

Include Betty Moore, Kimberley Reuter and Delphine Bryant, BPA CO, in the RTS approval path.

5. BPA CO awards the delivery order to InfoReliance/Microsoft and notify requesting activity.
6. InfoReliance/Microsoft conducts a kick-off meeting to begin your IT project.
